PAYMENT INFORMATION:
A physical credit card will be required at check-in. If credit card has a
different name than guest, a 3rd party authorization form may be
required and guest may need to provide additional credit card or
deposit for incidentals if authorization does not specify coverage for
more than room and tax only.
After booking is complete and confirmed with the hotel, an email will be sent with your hotel confirmation information and at this time, we will also ask for your flight information so we can coordinate with the shuttle service for your airport pick up. ***Please note that if you are arriving on Sunday after 8pm the Best Western Plus shuttle will not be able to pick you up from the airport because service stops after 8pm. If your flight is coming in after shuttle service is available, we are more than happy to assist with offering discounted transportation alternatives that would billed directly to the patient or contracted company assisting with the scheduled trip.
