A: No, you are not required to stay in one of the listed hotels. However, we do recommend doing so as our rates are significantly lower than the rates that you will find online, and they are a part of our program because they are within a close vicinity of the surgery center.
Q: How soon should I make my hotel reservations?
A: We recommend booking your accommodations as soon as possible to ensure that your needs may be accommodated by the hotel’s availability.
Q: The hotel is showing that it’s sold out online, but I am trying to book for a date that is more than one week away. Is the hotel really sold out?
A: Unfortunately, there are times where the hotel may be “sold out” online, due to conventions or special events in Las Vegas. However, please call the medical travel concierge at 702-202-2107with any issues like these and we will try our best to accommodate you.
Q: How do I book transportation to/from the airport to the hotel, or to the surgery center from my hotel?
A: When filling out the reservation form, you will be prompted to include any transportation needs. Please include your flight information or appointment information if transportation is needed. You may also send your transportation needs to the medical travel concierge at [email protected].
Q: Who is responsible for paying for my hotel reservation?
A: Your reservation is not confirmed unless you complete the booking process online, or over the phone with the medical travel concierge. Once your reservation is confirmed with payment, you must abide by the hotel’s payment and cancellation policies. Neither the medical travel concierge, Eventure or the practice are responsible for your payments.
Q: Why am I required to give my credit/debit card information?
A: Payment information is required to hold your reservation and may be used for a deposit. If you wish to pay with cash, you may do so, but you are required to abide by the hotel’s payment procedures. Please call the medical travel concierge if you have any questions or issues with payment.
Q: What is the hotel’s cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations must be confirmed through the medical travel concierge or the hotel more than 72 hours prior to check-in. No shows will be charged first night’s room plus tax (and resort fee, if applicable).
